AEG washing machines fault codes
Every AEG washing machines fault code we have documented, with what it means. Pick yours to see causes, checks and the parts involved.
● 42 codes documented
AEG uses 42 fault codes on its washing machines, shown on the display when the machine stops — among them E10, E11, E12, E13, E20. Each one points to a specific part: on this page you find them all, with what they mean.
How to read the code on the display
On most AEG appliances the code appears on the display when the cycle stops, or is spelled out by a sequence of blinking lights.
Write the code down before switching off: many machines clear it when unplugged, and without the code the fault has to be found from scratch.
