Nozzles, hoses and seals are inexpensive. A pump that has frozen with water inside it is a new machine, not a repair. Both new and used open in the shop for your country.

Pressure washers: the failures that repeat

Blocked nozzles raise the pressure until the unloader valve cycles — that is the pulsing. A kinked inlet hose or a clogged filter starves the pump and does the same. Seals go last, not first.
